John David Cole, Jr.

David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky and admitted to the Kentucky and Federal bars in 1994. David is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.  


Joseph Ryan Loney

Joe currently focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business services, real estate, and estate planning. Admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2005, Joe’s early experience was in the insurance defense litigation practice area, but as his transactional practice grew, Joe honed in on practice areas that allow him to be more accessible to his real estate and business clients. 

Company formation, contract negotiation and drafting, and assisting clients in the sale or purchase of businesses now occupy much of Joe’s day-to-day time in the general practice of law. Joe is the owner and closing attorney for Upland Title, LLC and primarily focuses on closing commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Joseph R. Cox

Joe grew up in Letcher and Bell Counties in eastern Kentucky before he came to Bowling Green to attend Western Kentucky University. Joe has practiced law in Bowling Green since 2005. His practice initially focused on civil litigation, collections, and probate law, and among other matters, Joe has served as counsel or co-counsel on four published Kentucky appellate decisions. 

In recent years, Joe has enjoyed working to assist clients in a variety of areas including business and real estate law, and is always ready to meet his clients’ changing needs. Joe has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
